TABARAK WINS HH THE EMIR’S SWORD
Umm Qarn horses continued to dazzle at the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (REC). The biggest race in Qatar racing calendar was also captured by one of Umm Qarn’s champion horses. Tabarak put in yet another top performance to claim HH The Emir’s Sword (Group I Pure Arabians, four-year-olds and over).

AL MUJAHAZ WINS HH THE HEIR APPARENT SWORD
When Fouladh and Al Mujahaz met last time at the same venue, it was difficult to spot the winner as both shared the spoils. This time around, in the prestigious HH The Heir Apparent Sword race (Qatar Group I Local Bred Pure Arabians), Al Mujahaz got the better of Fouladh at the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (REC) on February 7.

TABARAK, WINNER OF HH THE HEIR APPARENT TROPY
Jockey Pier Convertino was once again at his aggressive best when steering Tabarak to a hard fought win in the HH The Heir Apparent Trophy, a Group I race for Pure Arabians. Tabarak got the momentum in the nick of time to edge out Aziz who had the gained the initiative, but succumbed to the onslaught of the Umm Qarn champion.

MUNTASAR CLINCHED THE GROUP 3 PURE ARABIAN SPRINTER CHAMPIONSHIP
In an exciting finish Muntasar, a 4 year old son of Majd Al Arab and half brother to the famous stallion Dahess clinched the victory from Qassed (Djendel x Calamere) by a neck. This very talented colt is this season's International Derby (Group 2) winner for 3 years old and so far has won 3 races out of 4.
