The IFAHR Cup (G2 PA) on sep 3, and Malazgirt Trophy (G1 PA) on sep 4, are Turkeys two most prestigeous races, open for international competition.
The purses are €76,500 and €110,500 respectively.

THE JOCKEY CLUB OF TURKEY OPENED PRESTIGIOUS RACE
The Jockey Club of Turkey opened one of its prestigious Purebred Arabian Graded Races, ALI RIZA BEY STAKES-GR2 to "WAHO registered" horses trained abroad.
The date of race is 17 June 2004, at Veliefendi Racecourse in Istanbul/Turkey on 1400m.
