SHAHM ENTERS THE BIG LEAGUE

Coming off a fourth in the prep race, the Prix Carthage-Hannibal (Gr. II PA), and renewing rivalry with some of his opponents from that race, Shahm (Mahabb) proved strongest in the final stages of The President of the UAE Cup - Coupe d’Europe des Chevaux Arabes (Gr. I PA). Underlining his credentials in bold at his third attempt in Group company, the Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahyan-owned runner beat Nafees (Azadi) by a neck, with Lightning Bolt (Munjiz) taking minor honours.

H.E. Faisal Al Rahmani, the Chairman of IFAHR and the deputy director of the UAE President Arabian Horse Cup Series Organizing Committee, presented the congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, for crowning the title of the President of the Arabian Horse Cup. Stressing that the victory shows the strong performances recorded by the horses of His Highness in the international tracks and the great prestige and international reputation that has reached him, congratulating him on the success of the organizational successes of the UAE Genes French, stressing that the leading role of his name and vision Will lead us to achieve more successes in each season of the series of His Highness the President of the Arabian Horse Race in the various international competitions and to translate the approach of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan to raise the Arabian horses in the tracks of the world.
