Josh Cartwright from Australia to Ride in the HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Apprentice World Championship race in Sacramento

Nineteen year old Josh Cartwright will create history when he becomes the first Apprentice Jockey from Australia to ride in the HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Apprentice World Championship race in Sacramento (USA) on 19 July. Josh is one of Victoria's leading apprentices and is currently in the top four apprentices competing to take out the Apprentice Jockey Premiership for the 2013/2014 season. With prize money earnings in excess of $1,000,000AUD, this talented young rider is sure to give a good account of himself in Sacramento. NARA would like to thank HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak & HH Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahyan for giving Josh and Australia this wonderful opportunity.
