NORTH EUROPEAN DERBY 2008 The DARC happily lets you know that 31 entries have maintained their registration for the 2008 North European Derby. The DARC kindly requests owners of these horses to make their next payment of € 25, - on Dec. 31, 2005 latest, in order to secure participation in 2008. The bank account for payment is the following: 3131 29 452, payable to DARC, Rabo Purmerend BIC code RABONL2U, IBAN code NL91 RABO 0313129452 The following list gives you an overview of the moments when owners need to make their payments: 4th entry fee December, 31 2005 €50,- 5th entry fee July 1, 2006 €50,- 6th entry fee December 31, 2006 €75,- 7th entry fee July1, 2007 €75,- 8th entry fee December 31, 2007 €100,- 9th and last entry fee July1, 2008 €250,- Withdrawal can only be accepted if given in writing to the Secretary of the DARC: Hanneke Rosman- Brand Oudebildtdijk 734 9079 NB Sint Jacobiparochie Netherlands FAX: ++ 31 (0) 518491390 Email: Hanneke@ls-taalservice.nl NORTH EUROPEAN DERBY 2009 Given the enthusiastic response of so many owners last year, the DARC has now opened up the possibility for registration of participation in the North-European DERBY 2009; The same conditions will apply as to the 2008 Derby, meaning that we need to receive your entry form and payment on 31 December 2005 latest. First entry fee is set on € 25, - per horse, due December 31, 2005 Second and third entry fees are set on € 25, - per horse, due on July and December 31, 2006. Further fees and dates see list above. Late entry will not be possible. Entry Rules Foals born in Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the Netherlands in 2005 can participate in the Derby of 2009 to be held at the Dutch Racetrack Duindigt. The DARC would like to receive your Derby entry form, along with a copy of the owners registration form at 31st of December 2005 latest. The owner registered as such with the DARC remains responsible for timely payment of the entry fees. Selling of the horse does not mean an automatic withdrawal; however the DARC must be informed by the new owner whether the new owner wants to maintain the DERBY participation and will act accordingly meaning he/she will pay the fees due. Any late payment of entry fees can be seen as a withdrawal from the race. Withdrawn horses can not re-enter and late entries are not allowed. Paid entry-fees will be retained to finally being added to the price money.
